"My family prefers to stay in local, minimalist settings so we were looking forward to trying this unique hotel near several cenote parks. "Close to everything! Expedia was a bit confusing with the receipt saying the room was already paid for... It wasn't. Not a big deal, and definitely not Wabi Hostel's fault. "The apartment was well equipped, and cozy. I enjoyed the accessibility starting from the swimming pool , to the lagoon and then private beach, which you access kayaking. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the apartment had a washer and dryer. The attendants are very friendly, overall i would rate this at a 10 !"

Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive

"We loved everything! At the airport they have a lounge right outside the airport. We were greeted with warm hospitality and was able to start the check in process while we waited for their newer comfortable bus that transported us to resort. When we arrived at the beautiful Xcaret Mexico we were greeted with homemade chocolate popsicles and a cool washcloth. We fortunately stayed in Fuego and had an escort take us to our private check in. Check in was simple and we were shown to our rooms where our luggage had already arrived. The butler was busy so we took the opportunity to unwind in the swim up pool. The butlers were attentive and ensured that we had reservations for dinner, Xei Ha park and the catamaran tour. We tried various restaurants. Our favorite was Cuervos a cave with a Brazilian restaurant flair and beautiful live jazz music. Fuego was also one of our favorites. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. Our favorite park by far was Xplor. Zip lining and the water rides were so much fun. The juice bar and restaurant food was very good. "
