"This was a great save since we had problems with our original accommodations and booked this place frantically and honestly - we are so happy we landed here! "Was very happy we stayed here in PDC. Away from all the bustle of Quinta Avenida, this is still a 10- 15 minute walk from the beach areas. We liked it because it was clean, had a relaxing vibe, but a couple minutes walk from two large shipper markets and good restaurants. More a locals vibe area, more centro. Ac worked well, no humidity smells like many places, owners take very good care of maintenance and care. Highly recommend "

"The place is a little sketchy but worked for a one night stay pinch. I like a firm bed…… this bed was like concrete! Don’t try to use the bathroom for real because you can’t flush the paper. Although if you’re looking for a super cheap getaway, I’d still look elsewhere UNLESS they change their beds. You can always walk to the mall to use those bathrooms so you can actually flush. Room 2 star Team 4 star"

"It was in a great location. We stayed inside a jungle in a cabin like room. However they need to improve the services and amenities inside the room. It has lack of lighting, one fan at the corner is not sufficient, no paper towel, bin inside the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner other than the body wash. The bed was stinky, not enough hangers. Overall the amenities need to be improved a lot based on the rent they are charging."

"Great staff, nice rooms, three pools plus a beach. Never hard to find a chair. Restaurants were good, Buffett and seafood resterants the best. I am vegetarian and never found it hard to find salads or veg dishes. Entertainment was okay. They had a snorkel tour that left right from the hotel and you can rent a car right from the hotel as well. This was amazing value. "

"We chose this mainly for location and great value. All inclusive part was nice to have even though we go a lot into the city to enjoy great local restaurants. We had plenty of parking for our rental and the restaurants in the resort had pretty good food whenever we were too tired from snorkeling all day and decided to eat at the resort. Nice coffee shop onsite as well."

"I filed several complaints on the app and no one ever reached out. The seafood restaurant was the worst we spent an hour before we got part of our food no one came to get our order until my husband had to talk to someone. We got up and got our own silverware several time. We rented a car and ate out most of the time. This hotel is not for someone with a special occasion this is more of you want just a place to sleep. Service is almost non existent. Grand Park Cancun is by far better. "

"First all inclusive in Mexico with the family and it was an amazing experience! Thank you to ALL of the staff at the hotel in making this trip memorable! Will definitely see you again soon! Special shout outs to Santiago, Francisco, Pedro, and Alex who made great drinks and our Panini master (by the pool), Jared, Artuero (with his amazing hat) and the entertainment team, Abel (Steakville), our waiters at Alebrijes and Ayami, and Abraham in Toscana! Genaro and David at the spa were also incredible! Big thank you to Jorge, Vero, and the ProDive team for helping with our excursions during our stay! Thank you again so much for making this trip a great one!!!"

"Everything was great about our stay. The only drawback was that the quality of the food was inconsistent. The restaurants were great, but a good amount of the buffet was often not fresh. Room service one night left us with very bland and poorly made quesadillas and guacamole."
