"This was good place and I would stay again. Very easy to get to 5th and easy to check in. A safe location. The only thing is that laundry is listed as an amenity but they don’t have any laundry on site. Thankfully there is a place around the corner, Lavandería 24 horas, the address is; Calle 8 norte Mza 051 Num, Manzana y 35 Lote 001, entre avenida 30, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico She had our laundry done the next morning for a good price and helped us out because we were planning to do...

"Excellent hotel and great food. People in charge of the food room need to make you feel more welcoming, they only focused on parties of 3 or more / I ate alone and almost never came to check on me, I had to ask for coffee 2 times. Food was great but customer service has to be excellent. "

"Quick check in with free potato chips, coffee and biscuits plus water at reception. Room was tidy with a bar of welcoming chocolate. On site restaurant is convenient, well priced with plenty of food options. Would stay here again. "
