"This was our first Cancun resort experience and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful, the resort had fun activities you can participate in. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who isn’t sure where to book if it’s your first time. They can arrange transportation to and from the airport. "

"The property is under renovation including one tower and the main pool/hot tub. Most all of the staff are wonderful and very friendly, especially our butler Jessica. But upon checkin there’s a very heavy pressure to sit for a membership club sales pitch,, and that push continues for most of your stay if you don’t do it on your first day. It’s fine to offer the opportunity, but it felt really pushy and as though you didn’t have an option but to sit through it. One of the restaurants was closed...

"Large property! Very clean. Beautiful pools and beach. Dining options were good. Had washer dryer in our studio along with a whirlpool tub and small kitchen which was good to have in the room. We don't like adjoining rooms (as you can hear everything through the door) which we got but luckily there was nobody next door for our entire stay. We had an Air conditioning leak which caused a small part of the plaster to fall. They came right away to fix it and plastered it back without fixing...

"Our room was not right so we had to switch rooms 3 days in, we were supposed to have a sofa bed for our teenage daughter but they gave us a room with one bed and the roll away bed provided was awful. Other than that the staff and food were wonderful "
