"The staff in the reception and concierge were not friendly at all. Prior to arriving, we had informed the hotel that 5 people in our group are vegetarians. We also mentioned that to the concierge on arrival. Even then, in the buffet restaurant, there were only side dishes for vegetarians which hardly changed. The bar staff were friendly. Most of the staff in the restaurants were friendly. "

"I had a great experience staying in this hotel. From the sunrise, the staff started cleaning the beach, sanitizing the chairs and cleaning the pool. Also, the breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The restaurant food was also great. The staff were nice and kind (could be better, I will give them a 4star). Just a heads up, If you forget tipping they will not be kind😁."

"Everything was great. Staff was great. Food was great View was great. Pool and beach was great. Only real issue we had was the elevator for 532b side. We had to go to 5a tour and elevator didn't work. Had to walk down the stairs. It worked from time to time after that as well. "
