"This was our first time staying at an all inclusive in Mexico and it was amazing! The food and beach was amazing! Our bartenders were absolutely lovely. The only thing we would have liked was there to be more then 1 pool for adults as it was always very busy"

"The resort was one of the cleanest we've been to. Typical swim up bars have slime/mold but this one was CLEAN. THE entire resort was. Staff was superb and provided everything we needed. Buffet was average, not mind blowing but you will never go hungry. Enjoyed the restaurants. My only complaint was the bars each had a drink menu on the resort app. Multiple times they didnt know the drink or have the ingredients... so either fixing that or removing the menu would be good. Overall enjoyed our stay"

"Lots for kids to do. Live the games room and indoor pool option. Service from staff at buffet was top notch. Only complaint I have is no coffee maker in the room and the coffee cart does not open until 7:30 am. I’m up at 4 am and like to enjoy a couple cups of coffee before I start my day. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Giovanni was master behind the bar and the staff kept every area of the hotel clean! Food was good, especially Marco Polo, and the pool was amazing. Beach location was perfect. Not a long ride from the airport, highly recommend!"

"The hours of alcohol services we limited unlike other resorts in the area. The additional fee for room service was not great. Especially when the hours of some of the restaurants were odd. The pools seems to be closed for many different reasons. We tried to eat at a restaurant other than the buffett and the staff was less than helpful. I dont see myself satying here again."
