"The resort didn't disappoint. We stayed in the Tower and received a free bracelet upgrade to enjoy super premium alcohol. The room was very clean and the staff did a great job keeping the resort clean and safe. The protocols they have in place are beneficial to everyone. "The resort was very nice and the rooms are huge. Having a kitchen was nice. The restaurants had good food although they are expensive. They do have a little sports bar to watch the game or you could watch TV in your room. It is across the street from a dive shop and you can simply walk over and they can take you for a dive at Isla Mujeres. Everyone was super nice and professional. We didn't do an all inclusive. Just the hotel for a couple of nights. Worth the money. "

"Older hotel right on the bay by the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Basic rooms but large and clean. The restaurant is not fancy but the food is excellent and the drinks are affordable. Fun Mexican music plays in the bar in the evening and the crowd is fun. It all quiets down by midnight. Nice pool, great staff, I had a very pleasant relaxing 2-day stay."
