"The location is the best! You get the best beachfront and you get the best of the tourist town. Friendly and helpful staff. I would not get the all inclusive next time, since there are so many food and drink options near-by. But the service was fine, and the included options are fine. Having only one beer choice was possibly the worst aspect of the all inclusive. The rest.. not spectacular, but acceptable and practical. The common areas feel small for the amount of people they receive, but...

"We loved our stay . Staff was really nice especially Esmail (waiter) . He was very courteous and pleasant. Activities around and in the pool were top class. Food choices were good but nothing compared to Cabo All inclusive adults only Riu resort. One of the friends had an accident and bath rob got dirty. 5 star resort charged $15 for dirty bathrob which was truly off putting for that level of resort. This is the reason I gave 4 star !! Thanks. "

"The staff makes this facility sing. They are the nicest, most attentive of any place I've ever stayed. They will always smile, greet you, answer your questions, help in every way. Clean, convenient, beautiful beach and pool area with waiter service readily available. Restaurant food is excellent and service is exceptional. will definitely go back."

"Our room was not right so we had to switch rooms 3 days in, we were supposed to have a sofa bed for our teenage daughter but they gave us a room with one bed and the roll away bed provided was awful. Other than that the staff and food were wonderful "
