"What a beautiful resort! I’ve been to a few resorts in Cancun but this one really made an impression and the only one I would recommend to friends and family. Beautiful grounds, clean and well maintained. Beach front is long. We never had any trouble finding a beachside tiki hut. Our room was quiet. Prior resorts I’ve been to, that wasn’t the case. "We arrived early and were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. Service was excellent. At first, the Ac in the room was not working, and they sent a technician right away to fixed the issue. The rooms are a little outdated but the excellent service of the staff more than makes up for it. "
