"Great waterfront location with a private pool! Communication with house owner was great, he gave recommendations of things to do in the area. He also responded in a timely manner. Cons: the hot water wasn’t turned on but was easily rectified after talking to the owner. Some parts of the house could use maintenance and deeper cleaning. Overall was a great stay! "

"Lovely house, plenty of space and fabulous views. We gave the bedroom on the top floor to our teenager as we preferred the ground floor room with the onsuite shower and storage, very comfy bed! The top room was a bit too bright for us. Lots of shady areas around the pool, although there was a fabulous breeze to keep us cool. "This property is private and quiet in a nice community. The yard with the canopy of trees is so beautiful. Comfy beds, good A/C, good linens. Huge tv’s. Kitchen pretty much has what you need. Having an oven is a plus. The pool is cool. Which was perfect for the 32 C temps. It is a property worth staying at for sure. Perfect for families. The owner is a lovely man who answered all our questions and was over to help us with anything we needed. "

"The listing did not show the front of the house. We tought maybe the inside was better . It wasn't the case. The floor was dirty, the house in general dusty, the fridge very sticky on the outside, the inside had leftover food. Very old appliances and not throughly cleaned. The house was extremely hot, the A/C units and the fans where turned off and it took a long time to get comfortable. But more than anything what bothered us more was that there where 2 rooms locked up, with no explanation,...

"Fun place! Amazing house! So cool to see the designs and authentic decor! House is older but great! Has a locking gate in front! No railing for upstairs, FYI. Our own little beach was amazing. "This property was as advertised, very large 6 bedrooms complete with bathrooms, clean, on a beautiful beach, shallow ocean and was fun with the boys. The best part od the stay was the team of people we were lucky enough to have, Rocio,Mauricio THE chef, and Jesus who always have a smile on his face. Mauricio and the team are well worth the cost of the chef non better. We recommend this property without any reservation, and are grateful to the staff"
