"We loved each and everything except for a gentleman by the name of Diego, making us feel small just because we didnt decide to give thousands of dollars for packages that were not convenient for us. The personnel before that was courageous and polite , but Deigo was rude and abrupt. It seemed like as we had asked to sit there and waste our time. A simple no should've sufficed. The resort needs to know that majority of its customers are those that are not a part of playa collection membership....

"This was our first time to live aqua after having previously been to Secrets and Atelier and we had a wonderful time and plan to return. While this property is a bit more dated than the others we have been to, it was still very clean and the service was wonderful. We always have issues with overcrowding at the Cancun pools and it was no different here, even in October. We really enjoyed the poolside and evening activities, and the food on property was better than secrets for sure. Especially...

"We went on a girls trip. There were 8 of us and we got 2 of the 2 room villas. There was plenty of space. We all had our own bed. The facility and our rooms were very clean. The resort is gorgeous. The pool was amazing! Ged was our concierge and he was so nice. He answered any questions we had about the best way to get around in Cancun and he even help organize a overnight trip for us in Tulum via the ADO which was only like $23 round trip vs $150 each way by way of any other transportation...

Everyone was warm and welcoming and we will definitely come back in 2026 when the property goes through renovations.
