"I didn't find the front desk staff overly friendly (not terrible, just average) but absolutely everyone else we encountered were amazing! All food in both the Mexican and Italian restaurant was great and the buffet for EVERY meal had so many great options with everything being super fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back!"

"Overall our experience was amazing. The hotel is dated but will be undergoing renovations soon and can’t wait to see the place once they are done. The views are amazing but the beach has really eroded over the years. While able to still swim we had to walk a bit from the Reserve side to a part of the beach you could swim at. The restaurants were good but seem to have a lot of items that recount pay more. The stag was amazing as always in the Reserve side, especially Oscar :)."

"There is nowhere else to go eat. The food there is super expensive tacos are the cheapest food you could buy anywhere and I paid 25 dollars for 3 tacos and 3 quesadillas crazy. The staff members were not the friendliest and the pool was a bit dirty. "
