"10/10 Honestly the best decision me and my wife could have made. The stay was awesome. The room service was always one point and always made sure to leave your room nice and tight daily. The food was pretty good as well. Everything was fresh and the service was always on point. The staff were amazing! Above and beyond. Not only were they amazing but really wonderful people as well. They always made sure to answer your questions and try to help you in the best way possible. The only down fall of all this was the other guests. Not all but more than a couple weren’t very considerate. The bar is open daily from 11:00am and on. People were pretty upset at that. And another thing people didn’t stop to think that the employees also live off of tips. So if you could tip them that would be awesome. They provide excellent service so there shouldn’t be no explanation on why you can not tip. Not saying to tip a lot but something is something. Overall amazing place! Family friendly! We will be back!!"

"I liked the pool activities and the beach access. Also the service at both the pool and beach were incredibly fast, friendly and always helpful. The restaurants were delicious and accommodating with our group. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away, relax and not worry about anything."

"Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food options were plentiful with very little wait times and very well done. On site entertainment options were fun and engaging. Very little to say negatively, but this is an older facility and you can hear everything that is going on in the hallways (and vice versa). Additionally you will get a hard sell upon getting to the resort for selling and the joining their club. Pros way out weigh the cons and we had a terrific stay."
