"This is a new resort, opened in July 2024. The room was very nice and staff members were friendly. There is a gate to the resort. It is a long way from the gate to the hotel. Unless if you want to stay in the hotel for the whole time, it is not very convenient to go out and see other places, such as Isla Mujeres. We were having breathing issues due to the humidity in the room and they gave us an air purifier and tried to help as much as possible.
