"The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to the airport so very convenient. Breakfast was good. I would go back. We wanted to take the shuttle from the airport and I had provided the info about the flight and the time of arrival. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle and called the hotel, they told us the next one was another hour away. The shuttle is every 2 hours (5:30, 7:30…). They did not tell us. The person at the hotel says the info is incorrect on the website."

"This is our second time staying here. We love this hotel and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We were having breathing issues due to the humidity in the room and they gave us an air purifier and tried to help as much as possible. It would be great if the hotel invests in a ventilation system or even open small windows to refresh the air in the rooms. Overall, the staff is great, the place is very clean and the price is affordable compared to other places in Cancun. "

"Finding the car park area for the hotel was a mission. Parking Security greets you straight away requesting the room number and how long is your stay etc. Took a while for him to open up the garage doors and we had someone behind beeping us. Lets warm than expected, Checking in was smooth. The room provided was spacious"

"Very clean resort. Staff weren’t always super friendly. My sister and I took our sons for a quick weekend. We like to wake up and drink coffee and it was very hard to find a place to do that. The all you can eat breakfast buffet would have carafes at the front, but they weren’t always there. So if we sat down at the breakfast buffet, we were waiting 10 to 15 minutes for the wait staff to bring us coffee. Would be nice if they had big urns in the lobby or somewhere more convenient. "The room was more than i expected very large and comfortable. There was no access to the rooms from anywhere but the lobby and parking was far so if I needed something from my vehicle I had to walk a fair quarter mile. "
