"The property is great and the multiple pools from adult only to families to the little kiddie area all was great! Food options was endless, the all day buffet was never a fail!! Kids were happy and busy with the arcade and playroom. One thing we were disappointed about was being told by multiple staff that we can use our credits on anything in the souvenier shop when reality was it was only on tequila and cigars. The 2 things we dont use ofcourse. We had about 900 credits and just gone to...

"This was my first all inclusive resort. It's good for families with kids (4yrs ). The food options are good and there are different cuisines for variety. The ocean view was surreal. The fun activities and unlimited drinks just kept the party go on all day & night. Loved it."

"Overall great complex. We loved staying here and would recommend to anyone! The food options were average and restaurants closed here and there. Plus the construction made it not a perfect trip. But we had a great time for our first time in Cancun!"

"Please stop pushing the Xcaret 2 meeting so much or please take the "no" as an answer. At one point we were trying to go to dinner but got held up for 5-10 minutes by a staff member trying to get us to go to the meeting. It's great you want to promote and it's great you offered a massage coupon in return for our precious time. But you also wasted some of our time trying to get us to the meeting after we said no."

"Smaller than other expected and compared to other hotels. Less value for the price. Have to take transportation to/from the pool parties, and wait for it. Hotel staff are friendly, but most are clearly working for extra tips instead of true friendliness. Unlike other Riu's, the Animation team is not present at night encouraging people to dance."

"Everything was awesome!!! The only bad thing I have to say it's that sometimes we had to wait for a long time for the shuttle. You must take it to be transported between the rooms and the water park/lobby"

"What an amazing trip. All the staff at this resort were so nice. It's a smaller resort but pretty central to everything and it's central for the boats and ferry to go to other islands and stuff so it was very convenient. The food was great from the buffet, to the snack bar, to the 3 restaurants. It is safe with security all over the resort and the area is safe off the resort. "This was just a great resort....they have every detail covered. We've been to Cancun a number of times, and this was probably my favorite resort....they have everything you could want in a resort, and service from everyone was just great! Location is perfect as well!"
