"The entertainment was amazing! Always something to do! Activities, sports and crafts for most ages. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Viva Vibe staff. Ugh but the food…SO FLAVORLESS!! Definitely wasn’t expecting 5 star quality at an all inclusive but the food was a 3 out of 10. Honestly felt like going into the kitchen and help them put some flavor into the most basic foods!! Very disappointed with the food."

"The resort was amazing! If you can, shooting for the villa with the private pool! I can speak highly enough about the staff, especially the butler service! "Chable Maroma is a beautiful, special place. The grounds are spectacular, and the beach is the best in Riviera Maya. The food was incredible -fresh and delicious. Our daughter has celiac and the chefs and staff went out of their way to keep her safe. The villa was beautiful, large, and extremely clean. The spa was so peaceful and beautiful. The staff made us feel like family. We are counting the days until we can return."

"We just came back from our trip. We have nothing but a praise for the treatment we received during our stay. We were contacted via WhatsApp a week before the trip. Offered airport transfer and answered several questions we had. We arrived at night at chose to stay at the hotel near the airport. Transport was scheduled to pick us up there at 9 AM and by 10 we were already in our suite. Luggage was brought in and fruit and cheese platter awaited in a dining room.
