"I'll start by saying this was the best all inclusive experience I've ever had. It suited our family perfectly. The Beach: When we first walked down I was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful white powdery soft sand. Hardly anyone there. Enough lounging chairs which were never completely occupied. There's a bar with attentive staff. The water is not crystal clear, but it's calm and it's warm...good enough for me. The Food: Never have I been to a resort with the assortment of food they had available. The quality of the food in the restaurants here were top notch and as authentic as you can get. We would eat at the buffet for breakfast, then lunch at "The Grill" or "Los Tacos", then we would have our reservations set for dinner. ***By the way, everything you need at the resort, you can easily navigate through their resort app. The Service: All I will say is the service staff is amazing. Friendly and attentive. No complaints. The Grounds: Beautiful. So much to do it's incredible. There's something for everyone. Kids stayed entertained at the water park, arcade, indoor playground..etc. The Pools: Loved all the pools. It didn't matter what time of day you decided to mosey on down to the pools. Surprisingly, there was always vacant chairs. Complaints: The only complaints I have is not of the resort or the staff, it's the small percentage of people who act like complete slobs, and think it's ok to waste copious amounts of food. Disgusting to see. Overall, loved this place!"

"This was our first visit here. You read the reviews and wonder how true they are. This resort was great. The staff super friendly and helpful. We did have to take the stairs to the 5th floor because the elevator only went the 2nd floor. But with as much as we ate and drank we probably needed to take some stairs. We would definitely stay here again."

"All I have to say is that after going to Cancun for the last 18 years, this is the best vacation ever and the absolute pentacle of our hotel experiences at Cancun. I don’t believe there is a better place to stay. The following staff were responsible for such a memorable stay. Jessica - she guided us every step of the way and ensured we never longed for anything. She was able to ensure our stay was well planned and treated us like royalty. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. All hotels need to hire a Jessica. Leylan - always aware of us as a group and took care of any loose ends. Her smile was very calming and always engaged whenever she would find us. Even when there was any potential issues, she stepped in and smoothed it out before we experienced any setback. She was AWESOME!!! Donaldo - my favorite chef. He would meet us in various restaurants and ensure we were taken care of. He constantly asked for our feedback and acted upon it. E.g. I was longing for coconut ice cream and although they didn’t have it at the time, he ensure some was made and during our stay there wasn’t any shortage of it. Just wow…a chef making you your favorite ice cream on the spot. Yeah…that was crazy awesome. Armando - he helped us with certain reservations and ensured we were able to experience the Tomahawk Extreme Experience. He was great. Matilde and Edgar - Best waiters for sure.
