"This is a rustic spot but seemed like one of the best values on the island. The location was central and it was a quick walk to the beautiful beach. The staff were kind and i especially appreciated the kitchenette in my room since i have a strict diet and prefer to cook for myself. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler even when i came back after dark since it's well lit with lively restaurants en route. I would definitely come back if i return to Holbox."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Punta Caliza! The hotel was the perfect blend of boho and chic accommodations and the staff was absolutely wonderful! The staff knew us by name and were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and the beach club had great ceviche. Our only disappointment was that the pool was a bit cold so we didn’t end up using that amenity. Would definitely stay here again!"
