"Great Christmas family vacation lots for the family and kids to do. The only thing in my personal opinion was that the food was just ok I guess I was expecting more as far as flavor it definitely was a lot of options so that’s a huge plus! "

"Our stay at Sensira was fantastic. The staff and service was incredible. Food was excellent as was our room. We loved the smaller size of the resort making it easily walkable. The kids pool area was great and our children LOVED going to the kids club. The entertainment staff worked hard and put on great shows. The spa was also a highlight. Definitely recommend this resort and would love to return one day."

"Wonderful place to stay with the family. Super friendly and pleasant staff. Yummy food. Beautiful hotel room and a service. The only con-the wave- breakers on the beach; not accessible for swimming…But other resorts’ pools are accessible for everybody. Great pools though. Overall, loved the hotel and the resort itself. "

"We had a very relaxing holiday at this beautiful resort. The food was great - lots of fresh salads, fruits, fish and meat and the selection at every meal was amazing. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk El Baso were very accommodating. David and his partner were wonderful yoga instructors. Amanda from the activities was very fun and led a fun aqua- exercise class. We enjoyed the restaurants and the coffee place. The smoothies were fresh and taste delicious. Some guests were feeding the wildlife which came out at dusk which was not appropriate- I thought people knew better these days. Like other beaches up the coast and elsewhere the sargassum washed up on the beach but the hotel staff were right on top of it cleaning it all up everyday. We would definitely stay at this resort again. It offered excellent value. "

"Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen is an outstanding place for your vacation in Mexico. It is located in a very central and action filled area. There is a large amount of stores and restaurants in the town for dining and shopping. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and the property is overall nice and clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay."

"Pool we're very clean, staff was very friendly, the only thing that was bad was the sports bar wouldn't put the volume on for the nfl playoff game ,its a sports bar, but every thing else on our vacation was perfect"
