"Velas is a neat little condo, conveniently located close to downtown and right on the beach. The manager, Alba is friendly and helpful. She welcomed us to use the bikes and asked if we needed help with them in any way. We opted to not have housekeeping service during our stay, and Alba assured that we always had any house keeping conveniences such as fresh towels, soap, and toilet paper. She is an excellent host and we will stay there again. "

"Cabanas Puerto Morelos is a sweet property located in the heart of Puerto Morelos, just two blocks from the beach. Our room was great and we appreciated being able to book for just one night. Our only issue was with arrival and check-in, as our taxi driver had difficulty locating the exact spot on the map and both Apple and Google maps give conflicting information. "Our first room had no running water. There was any empty room next door which we were moved into the next day somewhat begrudgingly. Once we were settled and had a bathroom to use things went OK. Location was convenient for our needs though two restaurants across the street often had loud music late into the night."
