"Very comfortable and convenient floor plan with easy access to all of the facilities and the beach. Good food, it was easy to book the restaurants. Recommend French, Rodeo and Mexican. Italian was so so. Buffet is very good. The service personnel is great. Especially I would like to thank our buttlers Joao and Cristian for helping with every request - top of the line service. The beach is very good - no rocks, almost no weeds and they clean the sand every day. No waves due to the location I think - great for swimming. They have excellent shows in the theater every night. Great activities for kids - just a paradise. They have adults only pool and hot tub which is great if you want quiet experience. If someone from administration would read this review, the only request is to return Karaoke. They used to have it but stopped for unknown reason. Everybody loves karaoke, it's a lot of fun and it would be great to have it back."

"We had an amazing week at Ocean Coral & Turquesa in Peurto Morelos! When we arrived they upgraded us from a garden view room to an ocean/pool view room with a king bed for free. All the staff were extremely nice and attentive, especially the Blue Team who are in charge of entertainment. They were full of energy and led so many fun activities every day that I highly recommend participating in. Some of our favourite activities were beach volleyball, Zumba, water aerobics, water basketball, face painting, bowling and the foam party! I’m gluten-free and there were so many delicious options for me at every meal, especially at the Japanese restaurant. On my birthday, the staff delivered a gluten free cheesecake with my name written in chocolate sauce right to our room. On our last day, we had been planning to checkout at noon and then head to the cancun airport to wait around with our luggage all day for a 10:30pm flight. Instead, the staff gave us a late checkout for free, and let us keep wearing our all-inclusive bracelets until our taxi came at 7pm. We essentially got an additional full day of the all inclusive experience for free! Really great trip, can’t recommend this place highly enough :) special thanks again to the Blue Team, room service team, busboy Hector, and all the concierge/ restaurant staff!"

"Loved cleaning service, many restaurants to choose from, food was really good, kids loved the kids club and the pools. The beach in front of the hotel was not great, water wasn’t very blue, lots of algae, we didn’t spend time at the beach because of that, but the many pools and hot tubs compensated for that. "
