Just did 5 nights here and have to say everything was excellent!! Very sheek, clean, modern resort! The service was exceptional and the food was great!! Don't sleep on the Strawberry Tamales at breakfast at the mexican buffet restaurant!! The staff works so hard and at the pool we never went without a drink or food. The adult pool was great and heated. The family pool was a little too cold for us but we didn't have my daughter with us anyway. we met great people. Carlos at hanna was the best waiter, Jasson at the great room bar was amazing, don't sleep on the spicy tequila shots!! Also samuel at the mexican restaurant for breakfast was excellent, just everyone was but thats just to name a few. The only thing I wish they had was night entertainment shows. They did have a live band one night and they have some live music but not shows. Other than that NO complaints. We are actually at excellence playa mujeres now for our last 2 nights in mexico and kinda wishing we would have just done the whole week at marriott. Next time for sure

I liked the food, amenities and walkable area. I did not like the level of cleanliness, we were run out of soap for the whole week, some issues with staff regarding the understanding of our requests, some misunderstandings with payments. Very convenient to have a rest with kids. In general the score is 9/10.

Our stay at the Hotel was great, all I would say is please have the staff be mindful, just because you do not think a guest speaks Spanish they dont. My wife called the front to make a request and she overheard a conversation (en español) between the person who picked up and another who sounded very annoyed by our request, we were a little disappointed, but other than that our stay was pleasant.

I like very much and enjoyed a lot our stay in the hotel everything was amazing except one thing is unexpected that after our check out process at 1:00 PM, the front desk asked me for an extra charge of $30 to use the hotel facility because we have a late flight at 7:00 PM and the transportation company will pick us up at 4:00 PM so to stay for three hours using the hotel facilities I have to pay an extra charge!! which is very strange for me and never happened before!!

We had an amazing stay! We came for my 50th birthday. The resort is gorgeous, food & drinks were consistently good, housekeeping was top notch, and the staff were all amazing. We have to give a special shout out to Sebastian at the pool bar, and Ulysses in the hibachi restaurant for exceptional service. There was nothing more I could've asked for.

Exceeded expectations. This is a wonderful family resort. Excellent food with lots of little surprises. A hard working staff and high quality alcohol. Little touches like no towel cards and lots of quiet seating areas. If you are looking for a party place this is likely not for you. I read many of the negative comments and did not experience any of them. There are always little things that happen over a week but overall it was wonderful. It was my first time but I will be booking again.
