"The landscaping is lovely and the grounds are very clean and well kept. The pools are great, it was nice that they raised the water temperature for the last couple of days. It was nice to have the paths to stroll in the evenings. We enjoyed our meals, mostly at the Papala del Sol. Cornelio provided exceptional service, as did Luis. And Emiliano was always so cheerful. "The resort was all around a great experience! For those that are picky eaters they don’t have much option which I would like. For example in the 24 hour lounge put some chips,cookies and snacks that are a wide variety. But loved the resort! The entertainment staff was the bomb as well. "

"We had good stay at Dreams Tulum Mexico. The resort is good but not extraordinary . I would expect a little more for the price we paid. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are a little dated. There are not enough restaurants and during are stay half were closed. I must say service was good the staff are great no complaints there. Overall for a 3 night stay I , would consider this resort again."
