This is our second time at the property and we love how large it is. We love walking around and you don’t get bored because there are many lobby’s and things to do. The staff does a great job. I will definitely book with Expedia again they treated us great.

Our family of 4 (kids 4 & 6) really enjoyed our stay at the resort. There was plenty of options for the whole family when it came to pools, food, beaches, and entertainment. The beach and grounds were kept very clean. Most of the action at pool and beach took place at the Colonial, so keep that in mind when booking. There was ample transportation between hotels when needed, and you could even get rides directly to your room if needed. I would recommend the resort to anyone looking for a trip that can please any group. One suggestion when checking in, ask if you have access to the "family selection" as these areas a great for keeping kids entertained.

Great pools and food is fabulous. We stayed in villa 58 and had David and Cielo as our concierge and they set us up with our dinner reservations and checked in with us daily. I’ve never had that good of service. Highly recommended.

a great last minute trip! Food was great (no dodgy tummy) and overall good service. secret pool in the evening was great, quiet. Lots of wildlife on resort - lizards were characters. Resort is top notch. Food variety is amazing. Clean plenty of swimming pools, sun beds, sun umbrelas. Beach has part rocks part sand but within resort there is a nice beach section with white fine sand. Palladium White Sand Resort is a place to go! Every part of the resort is pretty much a part that you can spend a day at, if you decide to get lost in the hugeness of the propperty. Plenty of entertainment every evening they have something going on, concerts, shows, markets. Want to say special thanks to our concierges. David and Cielo were very helpful in making reservations for transport and restaurants. A experience all arround!

The food in the buffets are just ok. And got to eat in one of the specialties restaurants La paisana very good dinner. Just make sure you do the reservations for those Restaunats soon as you get there otherwise you will be eating ok buffet dinner every night

This property mostly has a garden view. There are no beach view rooms in any of the buildings. It’s so massive as well so be ready to do A LOT of walking. Food also was mediocre didn’t taste fresh nor good quality. We had made reservations at a few restaurants and the first one was Italian spot portofino, it was NOT good literally left the plates the way they came. However the staff are great and very helpful especially the concierge David and Cielo. Would i come back to this resort ? The answer is no. I’ve stayed at a much better places the were rated less and had much better food, better rooms, better views and better beach.
