"Lovely, cozy rooms with everything you need for a long stay. Close to the 7/11 up on 5th for necessities/water and also Chedraui grocery store only 11 minute walk on 10th. Quiet area of Playa away from all the bar noise and crowds. Rooftop pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Towels are provided for pool. We did not have any problems with wifi, we even used our fire stick which worked perfectly. Area around property is not beautiful due to construction but they don’t start til later in the...

"I really enjoyed the view. I had the balcony ocean view room. The balcony was 30 feet away from the beach. It was a spectacular view. The beach was well maintained with soft white sand. Very enjoyable. It was worth every penny based on that alone. There are some reviews that mention deficiencies. They are mostly right. There is a night club next door and the music can be quite loud. "The property itself was awesome, very clean and safe. The concierge and staff were very responsive and very helpful. We booked too late for the chef service though, so I'd inquire about that before you book, as we had to hire a driver for meals and there is nothing close, as you are remote at this location, even just to get to the beach you have to drive. But overall a great experience!"

"The best decision we’ve made for our Tulum trip was staying at this resort. The resort was extremely safe with a security checkpoint before you enter the premises. The staff was so friendly and eager to help you.Getting free lattes daily was an added bonus for us. We knew this was an all inclusive but the amount and quality of food and drinks amazed us. They also have a schedule of activities during the day so if you don’t want to leave you don’t have to! I highly recommend staying here for the most breathtaking and calming experience!! "

"The resort itself is beautiful. The transportation is. Breeze. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only issue was food was inconsistent. Room service was great one time and ok another. Also the app for the parks did not work. "

"Clean, well maintained property. Staff is good. The only thing I don’t like is the time-share propaganda when I just wanted a relaxing vacation. But that’s par for the course at these all-inclusives I guess. We got free stuff for attending the sales meeting but won’t do one again."
