"Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car."

"El Faro was a terrific place for our stay in Playa del Carmen. The condo was large and had a great balcony, the pool was perfect, the location was ideal, and the staff were wonderful. We will both recommend and return. Three suggestions: a broom and dust pan in the condo so we can deal with the sand we tracked in (if there was one we couldn't find it). Please use double bed sheets on the twins since you don't have fitted bottom sheets; this was a true pain in the butt to have to adjust all...

"We had a wonderful stay in November in Casa Dos Bahias. The house was plenty big enough for our two families. The beach in front of the house is not swimmable, but you can walk along the beach north just a few hundred yards and find a wonderful swimmable beach on Soliman Bay. "We had a great time staying in the Breezy Penthouse near the beach. The property is located north of all the night life on the Ave. Cinco so it is nice a quiet. We used the chef to cook one to two meals each day for us to make it so easy with young children. Hilton Playa del Carmen, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort

"There is so much positive I want to say about our stay at the Hilton Playa del Carmen. From the moment we arrived to the moment we got in the shuttle to leave. Thank you all the hospitable staff I cannot remember the name of all: Alejandro at the pool, Ruben at Pelicanos, Yolanda and Aldo at M. Patrona. Lili and Fernando for the pictures. The lifeguard to cleaned up the scrape/cut I got on my leg when I slipped by the pool. Thank you to the whole entertainment team! Water aerobics, water spin— the FOAM party was the best!!! The gym was clean and well organized probably the best workouts I’ve gotten all year! Thank you to the caballeros at La Mejorada bar! Thank you to the senoritas at Aromas cafe- always smiling and always welcoming. Thank you to Lili for being our housekeeper when we needed a little cleaning up. Thank you to the guys at the bar at Kalamata who were always checking on our drinks by the pool. I’ve been to Playa before and stayed somewhere else. I’m in love with the city and now I’m in love with this resort. We were never ignored, always well cared for. The food was delicious!! We loved it so much we plan to return around the same time next year and hopefully extend the stay. Thank you HILTON! "

"This resort is under rated. For us this resort is a 10 ! We have been traveling to Cancun since 1990! This resort experience was the very best. The food is outstanding and the property is impeccable. They were booked and it did not feel crowded. The staff was so kind especially Rapheal who was our concierge! I had a heart attack the last day of our visit and the staff was phenomenal We can not thank them enough!"
