"Amazing resort with friendly staff!!"

"Myself and girlfriend stayed for 7 days at the occidental. We really appreciated the hospitality and gluten free options and awareness by the staff. They went above and beyond for the service. We were helped every morning by Emilia and Otillio at the beach club and were the best! Prior to coming we were concerned about the gluten free options and environment of the resort. There was lots to do with the xcaret park so close and discounts provided at the resort. Highly recommend and we will be coming back!"

"Loved their food. For an all inclusive resort, the food was amazing! Best tacos I’ve had in my life!! Room and property was clean. Beach was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Only downside is the Japanese and Italian restaurants are hard to get into and we unfortunately did not get into the Italian restaurant. Talking to regulars there, they said those two restaurants have seats held for members which causes it to fill up quicker for non members like us. "
