"The white sands resort was average. 3/5 Unfortunately, majority of the property is under construction at this time. I would highly recommend the colonial or TRS. Colonial lobby is the most beautiful lobby of all 4 resorts. However, after staying 5 nights at TRS, me and my wife agree that property was the best experience and offers so much more! Trs is the only exclusive property. So Kantenah, colonial, and white sands share all the amenities. Hope this help! "

"It was difficult to know what was included in our package. We travelled with a group who each booked individually and we didn’t all have access to the same areas and services. wood be easier if all guests were treated equally "

"The resort went out of their way to make this an exceptional and memorable visit. When we arrived we found they upgraded us to a Jr Suite which might I add was beautiful and so unexpected. Our room was extremely clean and fresh. The food at the ala cartes was great along with the service. We attended many of the evening shows and throughly enjoyed, especially the Mayan Show. "The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...

"The property itself was awesome, very clean and safe. The concierge and staff were very responsive and very helpful. We booked too late for the chef service though, so I'd inquire about that before you book, as we had to hire a driver for meals and there is nothing close, as you are remote at this location, even just to get to the beach you have to drive. But overall a great experience!"

"The best decision we’ve made for our Tulum trip was staying at this resort. The resort was extremely safe with a security checkpoint before you enter the premises. The staff was so friendly and eager to help you.Getting free lattes daily was an added bonus for us. We knew this was an all inclusive but the amount and quality of food and drinks amazed us. They also have a schedule of activities during the day so if you don’t want to leave you don’t have to! I highly recommend staying here for the most breathtaking and calming experience!! "

"The resort itself is beautiful. The transportation is. Breeze. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only issue was food was inconsistent. Room service was great one time and ok another. Also the app for the parks did not work. "

"Clean, well maintained property. Staff is good. The only thing I don’t like is the time-share propaganda when I just wanted a relaxing vacation. But that’s par for the course at these all-inclusives I guess. We got free stuff for attending the sales meeting but won’t do one again."
