This place is incredible. Never felt busy, always a chair at the pool and a seat at the restaurant. Preferred club gives you access to a better poolside restaurant for Breakfast and one dinner restaurant. Shout out to Metz the building concierge who was able to help us with everything throughout the day/night. The beach is perfect- sand is perfect, snorkel right off the shoreline. Room has a steamer so didn’t need to bring one.

This property is gorgeous! We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and they made our celebration extra special. Food, service, daily activities, turtle experience and spa are all amazing. We will definitely be back.

Everything about this resort felt luxurious. From the room, to the food, to the impeccable service by all the staff, this was by far the best all inclusive experience I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property, beautiful beach, staff is incredible, food is good- the French restaurant was horrible though, wouldn’t recommend. Drinks are tasty but I wonder if they are watered down because I didn’t have one hangover the entire week we were there and I drank a ton haha. Would definitely recommend this resort.

We loved our stay at Secrets Akumal. The rooms were awesome, everyone was really friendly and helpful. There were three pools; we never had an issue finding two lounge chairs together. The beach was beautiful, again, no issues finding seats. The resort was quiet and tranquil.
