Only issue is the ability to make reservations for dinner is extremely difficult and depending on the day you arrive is not even an option as they fill up at the beginning of the week. Which means was unable to eat where we wanted "

"Amazing stay! We love this resort. This was our second time here. We actually liked it better now that Lomas manages it. We stayed here back in 2021 when it was managed by Karisma. Overall, we like all of the improvements. We felt like they are embracing the Mexican culture and brought in some nice entertainment, food, and cultural experiences that are more Mexican. The drink quality went down a little bit compared to when Karisma managed it but we thought the food quality went up. The service...

"Beautiful property and great stay! We loved the natural beach that had clean areas to swim and coral/fish and tide pools to explore. The food was average, some a la carte's better than others...we enjoyed the Japanese and Brazilian restaurants. Service was good overall. Some of the main pools were cold, but the family pool was nice...a bit busy with kids and toys mid-day though. We enjoyed the help from the butlers. Wish they had 2 Queen beds instead of double beds..it was tight for sleeping....

"Loved their food. For an all inclusive resort, the food was amazing! Best tacos I’ve had in my life!! Room and property was clean. Beach was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Only downside is the Japanese and Italian restaurants are hard to get into and we unfortunately did not get into the Italian restaurant. Talking to regulars there, they said those two restaurants have seats held for members which causes it to fill up quicker for non members like us. "

"Beautiful property but the food was not great at the restaurants we were pushed to make reservations with. The buffet was the same food as the restaurant food just on a different scale. Also we had a hard time getting a hold of guest services for towels, the room was cleaned towels were taken but never replenished. Took 2 days for that to resolve. "

"Stayed in the Family Select section for 9 days with my wife, and 2 young daughters, plus my in laws (4 seniors, 2 adults and a baby). Good: - the butler service was great. We had Daniel (who was amazing) and Rogelio, who was also amazing. -junior suite (building 51 is really close to the beach) was well appointed, modern, clean, and stocked. - FS beach is really nice, shallow, plenty of chairs. "The resort went out of their way to make this an exceptional and memorable visit. When we arrived we found they upgraded us to a Jr Suite which might I add was beautiful and so unexpected. "The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...
