" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"We came for Thanksgiving week and had a marvelous time. One of our married kids had stayed here with friends before so we knew what to expect. We used the chef to cook one to two meals each day for us to make it so easy with young children. We also had massages lined up and loved it as we could put babies down for naps while we were able to be pampered.
