The staff is so helpful and have no problem dropping what they are doing to answer a question or help you find your way (our Butlers David and Frank were AMAZING)! Even though the resort is massive not once did we feel crowded. So many options for food and drinks. Thank you Hotel xcaret Arte for a perfect vacation!"

"The Reef 28 was a perfect stay. In the middle of loads of shops and restaurants and very close to the beach. This hotel has a roof top bar/pool etc with great views. For a fee you can spend the day or days at the sister hotels which are lovely and attached to their own beach areas and have their own swimming pools. We have a couple issues with our room but the staff were very quick in rectifying the issues and even moving us to a same room first thing the very next morning. Staff are lovely...

"What a magical resort! It’s a great place for a family vacation. We loved seeing the monkeys, coatis, and iguanas. The cenotes and natural surroundings were the main reasons we chose this resort. "The property was the cleanest and prettiest all inclusive resort I've ever stayed at. The service was also the best I've ever had. The upcharges for day beds when they weren't even full by 3pm is kind of silly. They should offer guests them free after a certain time of day, especially in drizzling or rainy days. We got one for 4 of the days and weren't given any "deals". They are pricey. The food is okay and worth the all inclusive price if you break it out per day but as in most cases with all...

"So we arrived to our hotel rather late in the evening and upon arrival they said they had to move us across the street to stay at a different Riu. They sent us to Riu Playacar. The hotel was good however we would have rather stayed at tequila as it was a family reunion . I would suggest going to any of the riu hotels in the area as they were all nice and a very short walk between all of them if you want to explore. "
