"The only complaint I have is that we could not use the kitchen. The kitchen was locked up due to COVID. That was totally unnecessary and I didnt see that anywhere when i registered. The host made a point of showing us a microwave and little fridge and coffee maker. We had brought groceries with us. But we could not use them because we had no dishes. Not even a mug to put coffee in. There were a few paper cups available but nothing for coffee."

"Last year, we stayed in Puerto Morelos and had a better experience with entertainment provided during the day. We missed out on catching the nightly presentation, so no opinion there. Food and service was hit and miss. The fried fish at the seafood option was awesome. "

"I have been coming here for many, many years. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. Housekeeping is great! The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful; always ready with a smile and kindness.
