"We had an amazing stay here for our vacation! All of the staff were super friendly and attentive, and check in/out were both so smooth. The food was amazing as well. The buffet has so many options for everyone and the a la carte restaurants had great food too. You do have to book a reservation for the restaurants and they do book up a couple of days in advance, so just keep this in mind. We ate at the buffet the first few nights and then tried some restaurants after that. The resort grounds are very beautiful and so well maintained. There is a lot of green space, so lots of wildlife including cats, coatis, deer, iguanas, raccoons, etc. We loved seeing all the animals enjoying the nature. There are tons of pools to enjoy, a few of which have swim up bars. The beach is also great and has lots of beach chairs to relax on. Everything was so clean and well taken care of, you can tell the staff really do a great job to make sure you enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend choosing this resort if you're going to the Riviera Maya. We just left last week and I already want to go back."

"This is our 4 th visit to the property. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the value is incredible. We stayed in the adult only section and it is amazing. The staff was on top of things and we were served efficiently. The buffets were good offering lots of options. We do totally wish the ala cart restaurant reservation option was different. They reset at midnight and if you don’t select then you are out of luck! We tried every morning and once at 3:30 a.m but no luck. This resort is beautiful and we saw so many animals. We would highly recommend to others"

"Safe and friendly resort. We went with our family and felt extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Didn’t worry about the kids. Everyone was welcoming. Grounds were well maintained and the resort was clean. Yes there was some erosion to the beaches but they were still very enjoyable and with many public beaches within walking or biking distance we did not feel we missed out. There’s lots to do at the resort for all ages. Many options for day excursions near by including Tulum, snorkeling and Rio Secreto."
