"Let's start with when you go to the PDC, the number one priority is location, location, location. This condo is in El Faro condos and the unit faces the ocean. It's 1 block (less than 2 minutes walk) from 5th Avenue. The views are amazing. The restaurants around the location are amazing. You can see the sun rise in the mornings from deck that overlooks the water. There is security that keeps non-residents off the deck and out of the pool area. It feels safe. Kid friendly. "Property is beautiful, maybe nicer than pictured. Location was perfect for us, a bit of a walk to 5th Av, but very do-able and we got our steps in all week. I think being a block off of the beach may be better than being right on the beach - which was very crowded when we were there. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi, and maybe this is common in the area, but it was poor all week. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, but would not plan on working!"

"Beautiful home with beautiful views! We felt so safe in this home in Playacar phase 1. Mercedes and her team were so helpful throughout our whole experience! We had groceries in the house as soon as we got there. She even helped us coordinate a private chef dinner to come to the house, which was absolutely delicious! She was super helpful and flexible when coordinating our transportation. Highly recommend! "

"Five stars is not enough! Location location location!!!! Essentially a private white sand beach, crystal clear water, beautiful flora and fauna! Scenery was straight out of a movie. The caretakers were amazing. We came back from a long day on Isla Mujeres and they had picked coconuts from the trees on the property, husked them so that the fresh coconut water could be drunk! Bonus they were in the refrigerator so ohhhhhh soooooo cold and refreshing! Truly next level care for our party of 12!...
