"great location! Most staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t like the needing to make reservations for dinner. One restaurant didn’t seat us because we were 9 minutes late! The other restaurant once we did make it to our reservation, was rushing us to order and to get us out. Not sure if the kitchen was closing but the waiter got a little annoyed that we ordered a second entree. "

"My stay at Wyndham Alltra Cancun was fantastic. The resort is beautiful with great beach views, clean rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive. The pirate-themed splash park is a hit for families. Highly recommend it for a memorable tropical getaway!"

"We enjoy staying here and of course could use a few details like a cooler ac in room that doesn’t make noise and floors in room I literally fell 3 times so make sure to always wear sandals/shoes… kids section could use an update not just cover in duct tape… Isaac from buffet/taco place always a pleasure, you can’t leave without a massage from Ely from Miiluma, ask for Miguel in the pool section best service and never fails. Glad they took away the reservation section it’s a first come first...

"It’s a nice resort. A lot of fun, guest are very friendly and entertaining especially if you like to people watch and socialize. There’s several restaurants and food options however some restaurants are better than others as far as quality. Overall it’s a good experience and a lot of fun! "
