"I just had the best vacation at this exceptional hotel. The staff are excellent, professional and polite they can’t do enough for you and take great pride in their work. Juanita and Sandra waitresses in the bar gave me the royal treatment always giving a warm smile each day and ensuring I always had a cocktail in hand and JJ at the pool area was so friendly and helpful. I was given a free room upgrade overlooking the pool and ocean which was so kind of the amazing reception team who made check in and checkout effortless. The rooms are large and clean and the maids do a fantastic job, whilst the resort is smaller than others you have everything you need here and there is always something going on with activities or entertainment - good vibes all round!, gorgeous beach and very safe for a solo female traveller. The food is very good with a selection of great restaurants and options to choose from. I made friends and memories of a lifetime at this incredible hotel and I can’t sing its praises enough. The only downside is that I had to leave but I’m sure I will return in the future. "

"This was our first time at an all inclusive with our boys, age 9 and 11. The experience could not have gone better. There were a lot of activities, pool was awesome, service staff was outstanding. We loved the nightly entertainment, and the food was great. Cornelio at Los Caporales went out of his way to make us a special dessert on our last night. Negatives- beach had a lot of seaweed, though they tried to keep it clean. We loved the pool, so this did not affect us. Also, the sales pitch at the beginning to look at another part of the resort went on too long- we had to say "no" too many times, the guy was pushy and didn't let it go. But, other than that, an absolutely perfect trip. Will definitely be back!"
