"We stayed at the Sunrise Property. The main pool at this property is full of entertainment for adults and kids alike. Carlos, Ricardo, Luis and Veronica were the best. We really enjoyed seeing them everyday. The shows at the outside theater every evening were fantastic. Luis and Veronica on our last night for the show reserved our usual seats just for us. Enrique at Pepe’s was our favorite server. We went there for our anniversary and he brought us out a special dessert. Then, on Valentine’s Day he made a special heart shaped pizza for us. The people that I mentioned went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. The only complaint we have is the air freshener in the lobby. It sprays continuously and is nauseating. "

"The only thing I didn’t like was the amount of walking, specifically the walk to our room. We were on the 3rd floor, which was fine, but our room was at the END of the third floor! My friend has a bad right knee and left ankle, and I have MS, so the amount of walking was grueling. My fault, I’ll know in the future to request a room close to the elevator. I’m sure if I had told them the situation they would have changed our room, but I didn’t. "
