"Loves my stay at Icaco! I was looking for a quiet birthday getaway and the property met my expectations. I didn’t check in until dark and when I asked about getting a golf cart, they had someone bring the golf cart to me directly. Breakfast, location and view was perfect! I would recommend it to ANYONE and will definitely be back :)"

"My family of six stayed here in August of 2024. The condo is very spacious and accommodating. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. They had a filtered water dispenser which was a plus for us since drinking tap water is out of the question. The location is a little hard to find however it is gated and in close proximity and close driving distance to the beach and town center. I would definitely book here again. "

"I can’t give this property enough praise. My family and I rented the entire home June 22- June29,2024. The house is beautiful. The beach is all sand and beautiful as well. There was 14 in our party. We had plenty of room. Daily housekeeper and groundskeeper were provided. Please tip them well because they do a great job. "Views from this property are beautiful. Miriam was amazing and responded quickly. The only drawbacks I’d say were that you couldn’t just walk to restaurants and we thought the beach was a swimming beach but it’s sting waves. Two of the a/c units were leaking water in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Everything else was great."

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. "Quiet, private, relaxing. Six of us fit comfortably in this beautiful home. We enjoyed kayaking, snorkeling, walking down the beach, and hanging out with the house iguanas that visited every day. Two things missing: a gas grill and an actual full kitchen oven. The countertop “oven” is limited and the charcoal grill never worked. Also a guest half bathroom would be nice downstairs too. "Casa Chloe was a great place to stay in Cancun. It was convenient for our large family. Issues with one A/C unit and the oven were resolved promptly. Proximity to the beach was great, taking the beach chairs and umbrella with us several times. Kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook, and we even cooked out on the patio grill once. "This place was a tropical paradise within a short walking distance to the beach and lively 5th Avenue. There are nightclubs very close by but we felt very safe. There are two locked gates to get through and one is a private gate for this villa alone. The noise was not bad at all mon-thurs night but did increase a bit on the weekend. Still not much of an issue unless you are a light sleeper you may want earplugs. 10/10 experience!"
