"Entire property was extremely well maintained, all staff were nice and helpful. Being able to visit other hotels within the Barcelo family is nice and offered the kids the ability to try different pools. Would highly recommend this property for any families. Only caveat, in the property description they don't mention the water park/surfing area is an extra charge, along with the bowling and some other activies. "By far one of the nicest properties we have visited in our 5 trips to the Cancun area. Property well kept and maintained. My wife and I were treated very well by all staff and appreciated the effort wait staff member Miguel provided us while at the buffet. Food was very good and options abundant. The only recommendations I could make would be to provide beach drink service as it is a long walk to either of the pool side bars and to enforce the policy of “no saving of chairs”. If you...

"All I can say is fun fun fun! Foam party was the best! The shows at night were great! Food was very good for all inclusive resort! Rooms were big with high ceilings and always clean. Pools are beautiful! I would definitely recommend this resort and return again to Haven!! Staff were awesome and anything you want they will surely do their best to get it for you! "
