"I loved this hotel. I stayed in Villa 10 with a private patio and a plunge pool. The room was spacious, everything worked and having the private patio with the pool was so nice. One thing: if you’re going to get a room with a plunge pool, keep in mind that there are a lot of trees around and while the staff does its best to keep things clean, there will be leaves in the pool (including the big pool) especially when it gets windy. With all the greenery, keeping stuff out of the pool is an exercise in futility so it shouldn’t be something to complain about. The staff is so nice and whenever I needed something, it was done. The one thing I would change about the suite I was in: it would be nice to have a small table in the living area. There’s a stove and a fridge but nowhere to put food on. Same for the patio, a side table for the lounger would be nice. The breakfasts were great. I don’t understand the complaints about small portion sizes. Everything I had was more than enough. The rooftop bar is great at sunset and service is excellent. Same for the restaurant and the bar by the main pool. The reception and cleaning staff are great. I needed a relaxing vacation and this place delivered just that mostly thanks to the great staff. For the surrounding area, it was so nice to have a huge supermarket across the street and so many great restaurants walking distance. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe walking around. "

"This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in and it is perfect for any couple looking to explore Tulum and the surrounding area. Firstly, and most importantly, the staff and the room were both incredible. The room surpassed my expectations from the photos and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was brilliant, it wasn't too far from the local shops and it was conveniently located close to some great restaurants. The pool was a perfect size for the number of guests, and being a boutique hotel with limited numbers of guests truly made the experience feel special. Tranquil and beautiful. I hope I get the opportunity to come here again!"
