"The hotel sits very close to the beautiful Paseo Montejo and we were able to walk to all the beautiful museums, plazas and churches. The breakfast provided delicious options and the staff was very friendly. If I could get back to Merida I would select this hotel again. "

"Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency ! "

"The stay was nice, location perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was ok nothing special (Americana breakfast review only). If you stay there be careful when laying down your head as a cement decorative ridge is perfect to hit the back of your head on. I have an egg on my head from doing that twice. The personnel ere all very kind. Overall nice place to stay."
