"El personal es súper amable. Reservamos 2 horas antes de llegar al destino e inmediatamente nos enviaron WhatsApp para coordinarnos para el check in. Durante esas 2 horas previas a nuestra llegada nos estuvieron asistiendo con preguntas que teníamos sobre horarios y lugares para visitar esa misma tarde. Al llegar, el check in fue muy fácil. Nos encantó que tiene estacionamiento interno, lo que nos hizo sentir que el auto estría seguro. Decidimos ir a caminar al centro histórico para cenar fuera...

"We had a great stay at Casa del Cafe Real. Staff was super friendly and Hotel was very clean in a good area of town, a few blocks from the main square. Only cons would be that the shower head had a small leak(drop nonstop) and the rooms are very spacious but with no place to seat. A small couch pr couple pf chairs to seat would be great! 👍 "

"BEWARE looks clean but its not. I opened my sheets to a bedfull of hair. Immediately knew they do not wash big covers, let alone the duvet. Bathroom was clean but i was only given half a roll (USED) for 4 people. Toilet paper was gone the same night. Luckily there’s a 24 hour store right across the street where i went to buy toilet paper. Towels looked dingy, some white. Area is nice, the building looks and smells clean. They gave me a heater. "This boutique hotel was lovely, quaint Mexican decor and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and hotel staff were lovely. Do not eat in the restaurant - food was cold, coffee came in a 4 oz cup and they charged for every refill. Cook was very confrontational and rude."
