"I visited the third week of November and the weather was perfect. The nights were cool, which made it perfect for sleeping. The bed was firm but after all it felt good on my back. The service from the front desk, dining service snd housekeeping was excellent. I stayed in room 401 and the only downside was the window to the room looked out into the hallway and the light shone in even with the curtain closed. I think security would turn it off late at night but if your early to bed you can expect...

"Excellent 12 room eco resort with large pool and totally unique hot water cava. Upper rooms with palapa roofs. Restaurant is wonderful and reasonably priced. Minutes to the center square and church. Service and cleanliness outstanding. Only two rooms with double beds, the rest are king size beds. No children. "

"Normally I don't bother writing reviews, but my stay at Casa Lidia was so pleasant I thought it deserved to be known. The ambience was very calm and pleasant, with a patio as pictured. The breakfast room, food and staff were all very nice. The location was easily within walking distance of most anywhere of interest. I would return to that hotel without looking at alternatives, upon re-visiting Oaxaca. "
