"The property is in a good locatio and easy walking distance to La Condesa neighborhood. The property is quiet and the one bedroom apartment is spacious. The bathroom is a really good size and the shower and toilet are in separate enclosures. The water pressure for the shower is good too and the water gets hot. The only words of caution is that the apartment does not have a heater that gets very warm. I believe the max the heater goes is about 73 degrees. So if you are a person that is always...

"Le condo était très beau et très propre. Cependant aucune pression pour l eau chaude dans la douche. Il pourrait avoir un changement de serviettes. De plus il pourrait y avoir 2-3 sacs à vidange, quelques cups à café et quelques sachets de savon à linge. Il y a une laveuse mais pas de sécheuse. "This was our first visit to Punta de Mita. We are so happy we chose Ancora, it was perfect! The space was fabulous, we loved our deck & the rooftop infinity pool & view from the amazing restaurant! "This was solid and clean place to stay. The condos are new and clean. They are very nice for the price you pay. The beach is literally a block away with a beautiful view if you walk over. I have no complaints about my stay there. Some people may feel a little uneasy about walking through the basement parking garage after hours to access their room, as the front entrance is locked in the evenings. There are occupancy censors that light the garage as you walk through. I felt okay about and was...

"We absolutely loved it here! It’s even better than the pictures. We had a beautiful ocean view, it was spotless, check in was perfectly communicated and very easy. We rented a golf cart to get around and they had a little spot for us to park. But everything is very walkable too so you don’t really need one. "
