"We loved our stay at the Royal Haciendas! The kids club was a hit with our daughter, the games room was a popular place for our son and the swim up bar was the perfect spot for the parents! Food was great, staff were friendly and helpful. It was a windy week so we didn’t spend much time at the beach, but with so many swimming pool options, we didn’t miss it much (and the fact that you can see the ocean from the pools helps). "After reading several other reviews, we were semi-skeptical, but we can't seem to understand where all those reviews came from! From the beginning of our trip to the very end, everything was wonderful. We loved our room, the service, the pool, the food, the staff. The only issues we came across were that there weren't outlets by the bed, there wasn't an option for streaming services on the TV and there wasn't a great mirror situation for getting ready. All of those things were very easy to overcome and overlook considering the amazing other things you get at this property. We will definitely look into returning!"
