"There was nothing in common with the pictures they show and the reality. It was dirty,the water was cold no preasure,toilet sit broken,not enough blankets,very cold during the night,super over priced,far away from the city and very broken road to the ranch. The only think we liked is the garden! "

"Gorgeous place to get away from it all, and we loved the kayaks! Definitely bring water shoes for the rocky shoreline. A/C in the bedroom works great, but be prepared to acclimate to the heat and enjoy the ocean breeze. A fan for the house or patio would be be a nice addition, but otherwise everything was wonderful! Jonatan, the property manager was super responsive and helpful, and we loved having the kitchen and grill to cook and enjoy meals to the sounds of the waves. "

"We loved our stay at Casa Milagros! I’m very glad we had an SUV, as the road is a little bumpy, I was glad we had it for multiple reasons around Tulum as well so 10/10 recommend renting an SUV for your stay. "Upon arrival, use of bathroom resulted in no water due to failure of toilet to refill. When we returned after 5 day kayak trip, unable to shower due to problem with pump. The owner said we did not have to pay, but there is no means to request a refund at that point. Also, upon opening back doors, the foam strips which provided some seal came loose and were difficult to replace, leaving openings for insects to enter."
