"Worth for money"

"We stayed for 4 days in mid January in the Marquese suite. Its a hike up the stairs but the room was very nice. Beds very comfy , the big windows open up to the outside so its like being in the trees. No screens but no bugs either. Staff was very accommodating. The included breakfast was fresh and made to order. The building is secure with locks on all the outside entry points. There is a coffee shop and bodega right next door for snacks and supplies. "For some reason my reservation didn't show up in the system when i arrived, but the staff handled it professionally and provided me an upgrade so I was happy. The room was comfortable, with nice linens and other nice touches, like a variety of teas, q tips, and fancy shampoo and conditioner. All of the staff were very nice, and spoke perfect English (and other languages) and provided helpful tips for my visit. The hotel is in a convenient location where it's located near the nice grocery store...

"This is a nice quiet out of the way spot. Not so good if you are on foot, but fine if you have a car. Small, cold pools (we went in January) but the restaurant/bar are good food and drinks at reasonable prices. a solid 7 on a scale of 10."
