"Staying at Xcaret was simply one of the best vacations we have had! The entire service and staff was amazing, we had everything and anything when we needed it. Food was superb and delicious. Now being an all-inclusive aside from the all you can eat and drink it includes entrances to their amazing parks which are filled with so many thrills and adventures, from zip lines, snorkeling, rides to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran, driving jeeps in the jungles, swimming in rivers with crystal clear waters etc, etc. Words just don't do this place justice. "

"I stayed at the Coba resort for 7 nights with my husband. The room was as shown in the pictures. The fridge had a big bottle of water, two beers and three sodas. There was another bottle of water outside at room temperature. Theres a coffee machine with a pouch of coffee, there is tea, creamer and sugar. They restock these every day if consumed. There are sufficient towels in the bathroom. If you need anything just call the concierge and they are very responsive. The buffets of all four hotels are excellent. So many options for all tastes and preferences. I am vegetarian and had always great and healthy choices. There are snack restaurants open while the buffet is closed, so good too, I was impressed. The hotels are connected via this carts that run all day around the properties. They take you to the other hotels, the Hacienda, and the beaches. Resorts are great for families, couples and kids all ages. The social areas are spacious and there’s plenty of place in the beach and at the pools. Even the buffet restaurants are enormous but never feels crowded. The social area at the Coba is the nicer from my experience. There’s this big room after the lobby where you can sit to have a drink or a coffee and passing that is this big plaza where they have shows and music in the evening. Very nice. The beach I preferred the Tulum because it was quiet and there was no loud music coming from the pool, also less crowded. Sometimes the pool areas where too loud because of the music."

"After a 2 night stay farther south in Tulum, we needed to upgrade. We booked an oceanfront room. We were very satisfied. The check-in felt very upscale. Unfortunately, as at most AI’s, they will not give your room until after check-in time. For us about 3:15. But, you are free to use all the facilities. "
