We recently stayed with our two young boys and this resort was perfect for our trip. The pools and beach were well maintained, always with something to do. The staff was amazing, and we all had a great time. The resort itself is smaller, but that worked well for us, but it seemed well maintained. Our favorite restaurants were Oceana for breakfast and Gohan and the Italian for dinner, the buffet worked well for the kids at lunch.

My son was injured on the water slide. We signed the waiver, so I guess that's our fault for letting him do it, but it was more dangerous than it appeared for smaller kids and should not be allowable without a weight requirement. Food and drink were good and easy to get a table without waiting. Swimming area was nice, especially for young kids. More rocky that I expected on the beach. Staff were all very helpful.

Beautiful property, very family friendly. Natural pool was amazing our kids loved it. All the staff were mostly pleasant however if there is one suggestion I could offer, adhere to guests food preferences whether it’s an allergy or not. Goto putero adventuras 2-3x a year. Best hotel in the "community" will be back again. Guys and gals in the lobby bar/snack area are the best.

Food at the restaurants was not good only place that had good foor and drinks was on preferred side. Its great resort for families with small kids but not for couples or families with older kids, not much to do. Beach was nice but water too shallow for swimming. Natural pool was great. Pools were not clean. Staff was great. Room was nice but it smell like mill due.

Great staff, great service. Lobby bar and preferred pool bar are excellent. Easy and friendly check in, rooms were cleaned and stocked every day. Food choices and night entertainment need improvement. Out of 5. If hrs only 2 nights had decent shows. Wish they had dinner buffet . Also, we were not able to see a doctor in sure when we needed.

Lovely staff, very attentive. My daughter bumped her head at the pool on the first day and everybody wanted to help and asked after her for the duration
