"After reading all the negative reviews, almost switched hotels. Honestly it wasn't bad at all. Staff were super friendly. Food wasn't 5 star but the buffet has options. Restaurants need to be booked but didn't have a problem doing that. I would recommend this resort to families more than anything. Water park was awesome. Kids had a blast"

"I love this resort but it definitely needs more menu choices. Only 1 place for breakfast and 2 places for lunch. Dinner many restaurants but for me who is very picky, there was 1 thing on each menu i would eat. Staying 10 days meant the same meals over and over. Plus, there is nothing to eat for snacks or after a late excursion. But it is safe and quiet and the bar/nightlife cant be heard in the rooms so it is very quiet. I loved the animals at the resort! The coati and agouti are entertaining...

"Pro’s: it is a small resort easy to get around. They did a great job getting people involved with all the pool activities. they have the best Mojito’s. The food was just OK however I did not go hungry. They have professional photographers you can set up a photo shoot with them or just get a couple pictures around the pool or beach area.
