"Wifi turns off at night and is poor throughout small property. Loose wifi when in the restaurant for example . Air conditioning nearly non existant. Took several hours to cool off very small room. Restaurant and pool were great. We had 3 night reservations but left a day early. Just not a good expierience. "

"Guillermo welcomed U.S. and escorted U.S. to our room which was the best room. When I mentioned I had trouble walking up stairs he was willing to change us to accommodate me. He was so helpful and kind. I loved the feel of being in the jungle and the restaurant was pure joy and so delicious. I loved staying there. Highly recommend it! "
